FMCG - "Fast Moving Consumer Goods".

With this agreement GLP Park Hefei Hi-tech (Anhui province, Midwestern china) is 100% leased.

Suntec reit placement

Suntec reit has announced a private placement to raise S$350m, a total of 218.069 million new shares at S$1.605 per share. Net proceed around S$341 million after fees. Has been fully subscribed.

Around 3.5% discount to the price on 18 march, after adjusting for the advanced distribution. It increased the number of unit in issue by 9.6%.

The proceed are used to pare debt.

"Singapore stocks market updates for the day."

Its been a long time since I've stopped blogging here. Well, things have changed quite a bit. Singapore overall trading volume was down over the years, but surprisingly the index managed to hold on above 3,000.

Nowadays you heard things like IPO deals drying up, and exodus of remisier. Sounds terrible for SG stock market right?

Yes, market hardly move nowadays but if we manage to catch some of the news or latest developments,  we might be able to harvest a good catch still.

- South korea approved construction of its first foreign owned casino. At incheon.

- A joint venture between Las Vegas based Caesars entertainment and lippo ltd.

- development of hotel, retail, convention and residential property and a casino. (KRW 855bn)

- expect to be ready by 2018.
